Reduction Shino Bowl

This bowl is coated in a remarkable shino glaze which carbon-trapped upon reduction in the cone 10 firing. It features dramatic marks on three sides illuminated by the effects of wood ash. The inside and rim are a striking bright orange, from where the glaze didn’t trap as aggressively.
